Eagle and Phenix

I was tasked with designing a 3 bedroom apartment for a small family, using a former mill turned into a luxury apartment building. This design captures a luxurious open concept apartment tailored for a contemporary family of four. This space provides a balance of warmth and elegance to not only support functional daily living, but an environment for lasting memories. The use of natural textures like woods, stones, and brick create a rustic and timeless environment. The open layout encourages bonding time, having easy access to cook, gather, and relax while still having opportunities to enjoy individual time. The overall design concept of this apartment is to create a space that the family cannot only grow into but build the foundation for a lasting home.
